# SUIBROKERS token

> Planned SUIBROKERS token supply, allocation, and utility.

## Supply and allocation

The planned total supply is **1,000,000,000** tokens. The planned allocation is:

* **Team:** 10%
* **Liquidity:** 20%
* **Vault:** 20%
* **Early activation:** 10%
* **Community incentives:** 40%

TGE is planned after the four-season Farm phase. No TGE date, price, or claim flow is promised.

## Planned utility

Planned utility includes Broker activation and level progression, plus the planned Vault market. No token claims or token transactions are live.

## Planned Treasury policy

After the Farm and TGE, the planned Treasury direction is for fees from launched products and activation flow to Treasury. Activated Broker holders are intended to earn product activity from launched Swap and Vault through a Points-like activity model with a Broker multiplier.

The intended epoch output is **Boxes** containing **Broker PCs**. Broker PCs are planned NFT upgrades under development. **Boxes, Broker PCs, formulas, multipliers, eligibility, assets, cadence, and availability are not live, final, or guaranteed.** This planned activity model is not a paid revenue share and makes no payout or other economic promise.
